Welcome to all new homeowners! We encourage you to fill out the form below so that we have your preliminary information. Once we receive your settlement statement from your attorney, we will then process your account and  a welcome package will be mailed to you. In your welcome package, you will find information pertaining to parking passes, rules and regulations, payment schedules of association dues and more.  If you haven't recevied your welcome packet, please call our office at 843.663.2040 with the subject "Welcome Packet" and one will be mailed to you.
